The weekend

My house needs cleaned, because I ran around all weekend. These are just a few of the things we did.














My niece is in the band. I wish I had taken a picture of her up close!






We had breakfast with my Uncle who is almost 80 years old. He is into Reflexology and I'm thinking I need to be too.





Bret laid around on Sat. because she spent the night with a friend Friday and they stayed up too late--don't know what Jeeves's problem is.





We ate out on Friday. People think I cook all the time, but I don't. This is Cokie in her new Crocks we bought at the fair. She has about every color. They are her favorite kind of shoe, because they slip on and off her brace easily. They are never on sale, but I splurge on Crocks for Miss Cokie.












We all went to church on Sunday. My kids attend Sunday school and church almost every Sunday even when I don't. The law is--I mean the rule is you go until you're 18 y.o.













I love to shop! I'm a sale shopper though. Even my candy has to be on sale.




I'm addicted to Godiva and it is the only chocolate I'll eat. I tell myself I deserve it. : - )

Wordless Wednesday

The meanest post I've ever posted, but

before you look let me just say I did tell Miss Picky I was going to post this and she just laughed. Miss Picky is with her son Eliot.

I went to the State Fair three times this year. I told you I love the fair! These are just a few of the pictures I took showing just a few things we did and ate. I'll be on a major diet this week. :( I also have to make a video. Lyric is really mad that I have not made one in a long time. She loves my website, but not so much my blog. She wants to know why I have two and asked today "Who does that?!"

We got home late, tired and dirty. We had to first pick up Jeeves at the sitter. My sister Charly is the sitter, and Jeeves goes there almost everyday. More about that later. : - ) By the time we got into bed it was late. I still drug by butt out of bed and we all got to church. I should get to bed and try and catch up on some sleep, but instead I'm playing on here. Oh well...there are worse habits.

Our hearts go out to all the people who were injured and the families of those who lost love ones at the State Fair last week. We pray that God's presence will be felt as they heal and grieve.
