I really hate to brag.  I mean I really hate to brag.  I really hate to brag.  My Mother taught me not to brag. I took after the Aunts.

BUT

And my 6th grade quads can do it!  I'm so, so proud of Stafan, Shepard, Lyric and Cokie.  And especially Shepard!   Stafan, Lyric and Cokie were all relatively young when we adopted them, but Shepard was older.  Shepard is a worrier.  He is also a perfectionist.  That sometimes slows him down.   And, that gave some people concern in his grade school years.  It gave some people confusion.  I would just say I didn't see Shepard as any different than the other quads.  They all seem equally intelligent.

I work really hard with the quads on their school work.  NOT.  : - )  They do it all on their own.  Well, they are blessed to be in a good school system (their Dad is on the school board).   I just want to cry I'm so proud of them!

Stafan missed more school because of getting an allergy shot every month.

Pryor made the honor roll, and both he and Boone are still learning to read well.  They won't have been in the U.S. for two years until this Fall.

Now just to get Boonie Butt under control.

Me:  "Lael did you know the quads made straight As?

Lael:  "You can't call them quads."

Me:  "Yes, I can.  I made them quads."

Lael.  "OK, they're artificial quads."

Sigh...  Boone!  I'm not expecting weekly updates on Boone's behavior next year.
