I bought two boxes of peanut butter taffy this year. The kids wanted me to get other flavors, but I tried that one year. They just ate my peanut butter.
Nieces
One of the foods we can never pass up at the fair is Kettle corn! We usually buy it at the end, eat a little and take home the rest. This year though we got in trouble. They always put out free Samples knowing it is addictive. My sister and I each bought a large bag for $7 each. The kids came running up to get a handful, but I told them to go get the samples... you know more to take home that way.
Then I proceeded to enjoy myself, let Mike watch the kids and ignore them all.
Well, after about 15 minutes I hear the man popping the corn telling the kids they had had enough. Mike told him well we did buy some and the man says they already ate one whole bucket. Darby spouts off with her trademark ornery grin and said "True!!!" Mike was trying hard not to burst out laughing and the man just got flustered and couldn't resit Darby's honesty and cuteness. The man says "Well, give her some! She didn't get any."
Payton eating a grilled macaroni and cheese sandwich... yuck.
