Some Easter blessings

Brady was able to make it home for Easter. His little brothers were super excited. Shepard doesn't have his new life figured out yet. He was sure Brady was just Stafan's big brother.




































This is Cokie with her cousin's friend, Ethan. The picture cracks me up as big and little do what what is so addictive. Seriously, Cokie doesn't do this that much, at least compared to some of her siblings. I don't think Ethan does either.




The older I get the more I look like my Dad's side of the family. This is me with my Dad's brother. My Dad always said if it rained on Good Friday it would rain the next Seven Sundays. Well, it has rained the first, and my bad hair is proof.

It's Friday. Sunday is comin!!

On Good Friday I wanted to send something to the kid's teachers. They've really got good teachers this year. I wanted it to actually have something to do with the real meaning of Easter, so I found Christian Easter stickers and put on the treats I made.

Mike does love his girls. He drives them to school every morning. They are usually complaining he is too slow, which he is. : - )

My Remi and Jan. Remi's best friend in China was Abigail and Jan is Abigai's Mom. Abigail is standing up. Jan's other two girls are below.





We eat at the same Mexican restaurant about every Friday night. The guys there are so good to us and our kids. Not sure why the guy here is messing with Darby, but you can bet she started it.

They just get home with a new daughter. I guess you can which one by the hair cut.

It finally feels like spring and last weekend we did spring things.




I painted my door black.
















This was a very big moment. Cokie is supposed to wear her brace 24/7 and she has been for 6 years. I was shocked when she came in the kitchen wearing these red boots. I was more shocked when I realized she didn't have on her brace and that is why they fit. I finally decided it might be OK for her not to wear it just for church. I was a little nervous! The brace is to prevent bones from moving. The fire she was in caused them to move.







I was doing some cleaning and found this jacket Shepard is wearing. Brady wore it 20 years ago. Brady was just as cute.
