Whitney and the baby
Please say a prayer for Whitney and the baby. She has Preeclampsia and little Andrew will be probably be early.
Her labs came back and basically a number of 300mg means you have preeclampsia and a number of 2000mg or higher means you have to deliver the baby right away. Her result was 1700mg. They have got her blood pressure down so we have to take it day by day.
Preeclampsia is a condition that typically starts after the 20th week of pregnancy and is related to increased blood pressure and protein in the mother's urine (as a result of kidney problems). Preeclampsia affects the placenta, and it can affect the mother's kidney, liver, and brain. When preeclampsia causes seizures, the condition is known as eclampsia--the second leading cause of maternal death in the U.S. Preeclampsia is also a leading cause of fetal complications, which include low birth weight, premature birth, and stillbirth.
There is no proven way to prevent preeclampsia. Most women who develop signs of preeclampsia, however, are closely monitored to lessen or avoid related problems. The only way to "cure" preeclampsia is to deliver the baby.

He can express his needs with words clearly. He can read about 100 Chinese characters. He can do addition and subtraction within 20. His cognition development is very well. He knows four seasons and features of each season. He knows directions. He can compare and sort different things. He knows colors, numbers, shapes. He can recite a lot of poems. He is very smart.
Let me say just say, it is possible to bond even before you meet them!!! I already love this kid!
Zoobilation 2012
Zoobilation is a black-tie, outdoor dining event that highlights 50+ restaurants & raises money to support the care and feeding of the Zoo’s animals & plants, as well as the Zoo’s internationally significant conservation & research efforts.
So, I'm a little under-dressed.
If you're wondering what you do at Zoobilation, let's just say you don't really look at animals.
This was part of the view.
OK, before you go to the next picture... I wore these shoes for two reasons. First, you walk all night and last year my feet were killing me. Second, the newspaper posted the do and don't for Zoobilation and one do was wear comfortable shoes. I wasn't ready for this one though!
I looked down and my feet were filthy from my dress rubbing across them!!! So much for trying to be cool. No, reality is you don't have 10 children (plus one on the way) and try and be cool.
